Having Trouble Adding People to a New Group in GroupMe

I was halfway through my list adding people to a new GroupMe group when I started getting verification notices that required me to prove I am a human. Everytime I successfully answer all three questions, it lets me enter a name, but it fails to add them and then I get ANOTHER verification set of questions. This keeps happening over and over! What is the problem? What am I doing wrong? This worked before with another group, but now I can't seem to complete a list of 18 people!!!! HELP!!!!

    Hi Cathy,

    It appears that you have also experienced the verification when adding a member, please note that this known issue has been acknowledge wherein it triggers repeated verification loops and fails to complete.

    As a workaround and avoid tedious task on your side with the verification loop, you may use a group share link or QR code instead of manually adding members until a fix is released. So, you may send the link via SMS, email, or chat and the person clicks the link can join directly.
