@Giancarlo Carino Thanks for the feedback.
Step Number #1:
"Repair or Reinstall Visual C++ Redistributables"
Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170
- Delete All C++ Softwares (All of Them) from Control Panel /Settings-Apps.
- Download the C++ (All Version from 2005 up to 2026) & (All Editions x64 & x32 bit)
- Install All of Them --> Restart you Computer.
Step Number #2:
I need you to Open Terminal/CMD/PowerShell as (Administrator):
And Enter the below commands in order (N.B: Wait for each one to finish completely before entering the next command)
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
- sfc /scannow
<I need you to share with Us the output of each command to make sure it did it's job>
--> Restart you Device again please!
IF DISM contain errors:
Then, Download the latest ISO Image file of Windows 10 and run the DISM with Source ISO you downloaded
Step Number #3
Open PowerShell as Admin and run the following in order:
-
get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers -
get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
Restart once more please!
Step Number #4
"Clean MS Store"
- Open RUN window by pressing (Windows + R)
- Type:
wsreset.exe"Don't close any window and wait for a couple of minutes" - Open
%localappdata%\Packages\ - Delete any folder contains "Microsoft.XboxApp_" or "Microsoft.GamingServices_"
Step Number #5
"Clean Install Graphic Drivers"
You have 2 options here:
- Update Graphic Card Drivers to the latest one available & Turn off (In-Game Overlay) feature from the driver settings.
- Second Option is a little bit hard and the cleanest one: is to Clean Install the Driver
--> Delete the Old One using DDU "Display Driver Uninstaller"
--> Install fresh Driver in a clean way
"I recommend you to research very well before going into this step "
Last Step:
Download (Xbox) App again from Windows Store.
Same Issue?
Don't worry: you can move on on this section if you are still facing the same problem:
- Create New User Profile in Windows Setting --> Other Users --> Add Account
- OR do (in-Place Upgrade)
--> Download ISO of Win.10 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
--> Mount it by double click on it
--> Run setup.exe and do the upgrade option "Note: you can reserve your apps/settings/data - you will note lose any data
That's All from my side.
Good Luck,
Mustafa.
