I have downloaded Oracle sql developer from chocolatey business . Earlier it had worked better but now when I am trying to open it is showing some error and I cannot able to open oracle sql developer. How to resolve this

I don't know, but a start could be to find an Oracle forum. You have posted to Microsoft Q&A, and as you may know, Microsoft does not own Oracle.

I would also advice you that once you have found the appropriate forum that you include the actual error message you get in your question.
