URGENT: GH-300 Voucher Expires TODAY Due to Pearson Tech Fault

Hi Support Team,

I need urgent help regarding my GH-300 Microsoft GitHub Copilot exam. I’ve had two failed attempts due to technical issues, and my voucher expires today.

Timeline of events: 

June 28, 2026 - I was informed of technical issues before starting exam , then they revoked my exam. Case ID: [Removed PII].

June 30, 2026, 5:30 AM - Rescheduled attempt. I reached the "Terms and Conditions" screen before the exam start. Proctor Shruti instructed me not to proceed due to an issue. As a result, my exam was revoked due to time expiry, and I was prompted to reschedule after 24hrs.

Current issue: I have not received a reschedule option yet, and my exam voucher expires today, June 30, 2026. I will be unable to use it from July 1 onward. They are telling it will take two to three days to resolve my issue but that won't help me.

Request: Please re-issue my exam or provide a reschedule link today itself so I do not lose my voucher due to technical issues on your end
