Non Paged Pool keeps on increasing

Hello,

My HP Victus Gaming Laptop 15's non paged memory pool keeps on increasing. When I first found this issue, my non paged pool was 8.2gb out of my 16gb ddr4.

I deleted mcafee, reset my inbound and outbound rules to the default in wf.msc, deleted expressVPN TUN and TAP adapters in Network Adapters via Device Manager. I did dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, and sfc /scannow. Nothing was the problem there. I really don't know what else to do.

Right now it is 1.2gb, and it seems to stop around there. PoolmonX shows RTLF as the biggest offender, which can be seen in the screenshot. However, I still think that 1.2gb is relatively high as after restarting, it is 550mb. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can also provide more screenshots if this is not enough. User's image
