Microsoft certification download

This is a long-shot, but I have MCP's and an MCSA from around 2002-2004. I don't seem to have any record of these certifications. Obviously this pre-dates the Microsoft Learning portal. Is there anyway I can trace these certificates to download please? I do have my MCP ID number if that helps.
