Why is the mange consent page blank when I click it in Microsoft family.

Theres this member I need to remove from microsoft family and when I click remove member it says manage content, but when I click manage content it appears a page that says, "In the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, legislation requires that children have adult consent before creating an online account. You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent." The reason I need to remove this person is because it hacked my main microsoft email becasue i acciedently entered my email to a fake link which I think led to this and now that accound changed their email and deleted my access to my email on that accound, so now my xbox and micrsoft needs to be fixed. Please fix microsoft and make it a platform where you can support contact much easier.
