As per your confirmation, I'm summarizing and posting the answer.
The issue was due to the Azure Container Apps API version. The Dynatrace OTLP HTTP exporter configuration is supported starting with
2026-03-02-preview. With earlier API versions, the HTTP protocol configuration is ignored, preventing the platform agent from relaying telemetry to Dynatrace.Updating the Container App to use
2026-03-02-preview(or later) resolved the issue, and traces were successfully forwarded to Dynatrace. The documentation is expected to be updated to reflect the minimum supported API version.
