What is 78E1CD88-49E3-476E-B926-580E596AD309?

After Malware was discovered on my Windows 11 computer, with Firefox browser, I checked my Firewall app permissions. I found this app activated for both public and private domains. I did an online search, and found several conflicting answers on MSN.com.

1/ MS "Questions" tells me that it gives permission to Skype or Teams to go through the firewall.

2/ Another MS "Questions" answer states that it allow "Remote Desktop" to access my computer. However, "Remote Desktop" has its own access tick boxes.

3/ Under "Learn" it tells me this string of integers and letters is associated with Skype, and it shows me a screen shot from a Regedit search that has "Skype" in the results. It also gives me instructions to do my own search, and tells me the results will reveal the file name associated with it. But, when I looked for the app in Regedit, all that it tells me is that it is an inbound rule.

4/ Elsewhere in MSN.com, I'm told that if I don't recognize an app that has permission to get through my firewall, I should un-tick the boxes.

Can anyone please untangle these contradictions and tell me exactly what app "78E1CD88-49E3-476E-B926-580E596AD309" represents? I'd like to know whether to allow it access through my firewall or not.
