windows 10; stuck in booting

My PC has repeatedly been stuck on the booting screen for the past few days. I got in earlier after installing windows 10 from a flashdrive, but soon after the screen went dark and it became unresponsive. I restarted it to try and see if it'd help, but now it's stuck loading again.

The screen has the loading circle rotate a few times, before freezing, and if I wait long enough, the screen just stops recognizing the PC altogether, saying it doesn't detect a signal. I also have to physically switch the PC's power off, since using the usual button fails to turn it off, as it'll stay on for at least an hour, seemingly trying to load something.

Using windows 10 home, please help.

Hi,

What are your PC specs or laptop model?

Are you able to disable Secure Boot?

Thanks.
