so because my touchscreen wasnt working i went to device manager and uninstalled the hid compliant touch screen then immediately restarted my computer. it appears to be missing and i dont know how to bring it back
also to mention it was originally hidden and gave me a code 45 before i did all this
also to mention one of my other drivers has a code 10 idrk what it means though

2026-06-29T13:47:13.5733333+00:00 If the website does not provide a touchscreen driver, you can use a driver tool to detect and install it.
If the driver still doesn't install automatically, I suggest you contact HP support; they should be able to provide you with the correct driver.
