They’re not there? I’ve had answers and questions from 2018.

Old Microsoft Answers / Support Community profiles and content cannot be merged into or linked to a current Microsoft Learn / Q&A profile.

During the migration from Microsoft Community (answers.microsoft.com) to Microsoft Q&A (learn.microsoft.com):

    • Only the most helpful and most viewed threads were migrated to Q&A; the rest were archived and are no longer managed through current profiles.
    • Profiles from the old platform were not merged with Learn profiles. In most migrated threads, the author now appears as "Anonymous" when the content could not be associated with an active Learn profile.
    • There is no supported way for site admins to reattach or link historical posts to a new or existing Learn profile, even if the same email address is used or identity can be proven.

To continue participating and posting new questions or answers, a new Microsoft Learn profile is required. Historical posts from 2018 that now show as Anonymous or are archived must remain that way and cannot be merged into the current account.
