Hi, good day!
I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue after installing the June Windows 10 update.
To help narrow down the cause, could you let me know if you're able to boot into Safe Mode, or does the system freeze before you can get there?

In the meantime, one of the first things I'd recommend is booting into the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) and uninstalling the latest quality update to see if that restores normal startup.
Restart your computer, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold the Power Button for 5 - 8 seconds or until it performs a Hard Shut Down
Do this 2 - 3 times until Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment
Select Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Uninstall Updates
Uninstall latest quality update
