Hi Diane Heintz,
If your goal is to access your iPhone text messages on your Windows laptop, you can use Phone Link, which allows supported text conversations to be viewed and sent from your PC once your iPhone is paired. You can try these steps:
- Open Phone Link on your Windows PC.
- Select iPhone and complete the Bluetooth pairing process.
- Follow the prompts on both devices to finish setup.
- Open the Messages section in Phone Link to view and send supported text messages.
If you want to transfer or export text messages for backup purposes, Phone Link does not include a built-in export feature. In that case, consider creating an iPhone backup on your PC or using an iOS data management application designed for message export.
