Hi DysphasiaPV , Microsoft releases Windows updates using a rolling deployment approach. This means updates are not delivered to all devices simultaneously but are instead gradually rolled out in phases to different groups of users. You may manually download the update package to install through Microsoft Update Catalog . Just enter the KB you need to Search form then choose the package right for your system. Hi, What Insider Channel are you in? 26H1 is only available to Insiders. Use WIN+R, type winver and post the build # you're on.

DysphasiaPV, Since you are posting to the Windows Insider forum, I assume you are enrolled in the Windows Insider program, with one of the Insider builds of the operating system. If so, then the easiest way to get the 26H1 build is to select it in the Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program > then select Beta (or Experimental I suppose) > Advanced Options. Select 26H1 in Advanced Options. It should be available if you're in the Beta channel. Of course, if you're an Insider, it's also possible to use the ISO file for Beta 26H1, but the way I decribed is the easiest. You'll get 26H1 as a normal Windows 11 Feature Update, minimal fuss.

This is the one that I've downloaded and it says that it's for a x64 computer, which my laptop is.

download the Beta 26H1 build, mount the iso file and run setup to get to the 26H1 Insider version. That's the way I did it.

I had tried that method when it first came out and never got the 26H1, downloaded the iso and did it that way.

This is what my Insider screen on Windows Update looks like now. I'm on Beta.

And I still don't get 26H1

So, click on the pulldown for Advanced Options. That's where you'll see the 26H1 choice. It's not set by default. You have to select it.
