Microsoft releases Windows updates using a rolling deployment approach. This means updates are not delivered to all devices simultaneously but are instead gradually rolled out in phases to different groups of users.
You may manually download the update package to install through Microsoft Update Catalog. Just enter the KB you need to Search form then choose the package right for your system.
