The most common reason the Walmart eGift Card is no longer showing in Microsoft Rewards is that it is temporarily out of stock in your region due to inventory or distribution limits. When this happens, Microsoft may temporarily remove the reward from the Redeem page until additional stock becomes available.
Microsoft does not publish restock schedules for individual Rewards items, so there is no confirmed timeframe for when the Walmart eGift Card will return.
In previous cases, rewards like this have become available again after several weeks or even months, but this varies and is not guaranteed. I recommend checking your Rewards Redeem page regularly so you can redeem it as soon as it becomes available again.
