Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I have completed the Microsoft Elevate program and achieved the Expert level. However, I have not received any email from Credly, and the badge is not showing in my account. My modules are all marked as completed. Could you please help check my badge status?

Additionally, I received the MIEE 2025-26 badge from Credly, but it is not reflecting in my Microsoft Learn achievements.

    For the Elevate Expert AI badge and Credly emails:
