crackling sound on my laptop Microsoft team

Everytime I use My Microsoft team essential account for small business for teaching on laptop, when i share my audio file, stuents from the other side said the audio is crackling and they couldn't hear it clearly, therefore i also had to join with my phone with another account for microphone and speaker, it was ok on phone, but on laptop, it was not ok, i tried to use zoom or google meet with my laptop, everything was fine.
