One of my specific chats isn't loading in any browser or the app itself

I'm having a very strange issue with Copilot and I'm getting a bit desperate because it's affecting my work.

One of the chats I use the most simply won't open anymore. It starts loading, but after a few seconds I get an error message saying the conversation can't be loaded.

What's strange is that all my other chats open normally — only this specific chat is affected.

I've already tried:

• Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• The Copilot desktop app

The problem happens everywhere.

I've also:

• Restarted my PC
• Cleared browser cookies and cache
• Signed out and back in

Nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows of a way to recover access to a specific chat that won't load?
