I cannot login to several sites. This only occurred after the recent update. Am able to login on PC that has not received the update. One of these sites is crucial. Please assist.

Hi Kenneth Brown,

I understand how frustrating this is, especially when the same websites still work on another PC that has not received the update.

First, could you please confirm:

  • Does the problem occur in all browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox), or only one?
  • What happens when you try to sign in, do you receive an error message, return to the sign-in page, or does the page fail to load?

In the meantime, if the issue affects multiple websites after a Windows update, please try the following:

  1. Open"Settings" > "Network & Internet" > "Advanced network settings" > "Network reset".
  2. Select "Reset now" and restart the PC.
  3. After restarting, test one of the affected websites again.
