The email address on an existing Microsoft certification exam booking cannot be edited directly on the exam appointment. Instead, manage the email used for communications through the Microsoft Learn / Certification profile and linked accounts.

    Use these steps:

    1. Add or update login/email on the Microsoft Learn profile
      • Go to the Learn profile management page and add the desired email address as a login/account, then set it as the primary one for sign‑in and communications, as described under “add login accounts to your learn profile”.
      • Also verify the email address for communications in your Learn profile settings.
    2. Ensure the Certification Profile is correct
      • From the Certification Dashboard, open the Certification Profile and confirm the contact email there is the one to use for exam communications.
    3. If the scheduled exam is already tied to the wrong profile/email
      • Use the Credentials support channel to request help updating the contact details associated with the scheduled exam and Certification Profile, since changes to an existing booking (beyond what the dashboard allows) must be handled by support.

If there are multiple Learn profiles or old email addresses, link/merge them so that all certifications and exams are under the single profile that uses the desired email.
