Certificates are not issued for simply completing self-paced courses on Microsoft Learn.

After completing a course or learning path on Microsoft Learn:

• The earned items are badges (for modules) and trophies (for learning paths), not downloadable certificates.
• These can be viewed under the Achievements area of the Learn profile:

Official certifications (with certificates) are only earned by passing a certification exam (for example, AZ-900) or a qualifying assessment (such as a Microsoft Essentials Professional Certificate assessment). Those certifications and their downloadable proof are managed under the Credentials/Certifications area of the Learn profile, not from individual course pages.

If a course was instructor-led and included an achievement code, the course completion badge can be claimed by redeeming that code; it will then appear with other achievements on the Learn profile.
