I'm looking for assistance with removing Myself, the organizer, and 2 cild accounts from my family safety account. In order to remove myself I need to remove the consent from my child's accounts. They system is not giving me the option to remove consent from their accounts. The pages reads as follows but nothing more:

"Manage Permissions

In the United States, South Korea, Brazil, and the EU, legislation requires that children have adult consent before creating an online account. You can use this page to manage the child accounts for which you provided consent. Learn more.

To manage restrictions for your children, view your family settings."

The links with that information sends me in a loop back the family safety home page. I cannot remove their accounts or remove myself. I contacted Microsoft chat for help but they could not manually help due to me having a Mac Computer. They had me reach out to you all due to the complexity of the issue.

    Hello,

I believe this may be a widespread issue. I am seeing reports from users in different locales experiencing the same problem.

I am experiencing the same issue on my end as well. I have not found any official Microsoft announcement about this yet, but at this point, it does not appear to be something you can fix locally. We may need to wait for Microsoft to address it on their end.
