UNABLE TO CLAIM MICROSOFT AZURE CREDITS USING STUDENT ID

Hello Microsoft Azure Support,

I am a student at B V Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT), India.

I am trying to claim the Azure for Students offer using my official college email address [Removed PII]@bvrit.ac.in).

Its Active

However, I receive the message:

"Your email domain is not currently registered with us."

Because of this, I am unable to verify my academic status or access the Azure for Students benefits.

Could you please help me verify my student status or advise me on the next steps?

Verify that the email address is active and able to receive external emails.
