To request a refund for a Microsoft Copilot Pro subscription, cancel the subscription first. Refund eligibility depends on country/region and when cancellation occurs.

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to purchase Copilot Pro.
    2. Find the Copilot Pro subscription and select Manage.
    3. On the next page, select Cancel and follow the on-screen instructions.
      • If cancellation occurs within the applicable refund window (see below), a prorated refund is issued.
      • If cancellation is outside the refund window, turn off recurring billing instead so it does not renew.

    Refund window for Copilot Pro:

    • For customers in Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Israel, Korea, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, RĂ©union, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Turkey, Wallis & Futuna: a prorated refund is available when cancelling at any time. Learn more.
    • For all other countries/regions: cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase to receive a prorated refund.

If Copilot Pro was purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store, contact their support directly to request cancellation or refund:

If there are issues cancelling or if the refund does not appear, use the Microsoft Support options described in the referenced articles (for example, Contact Support from the refund or subscription help pages) so a support agent can review the subscription and billing details.
