Dear Microsoft Partner Support Team,

Our organization is registering for the Windows Hardware Developer Program to sign our hardware device drivers.

While our Identity Verification has successfully passed, the subsequent Employment Verification was unfortunately rejected and closed (Status: Rejected) by the automated system. Furthermore, because the account enrollment was closed in the initial stage, our "Identifiers" page is entirely blank and NO PartnerID has been generated yet, which caused critical technical deadlocks in our dashboard.

We are a 100% legal business entity and urgently need an on-site customer service representative to manually verify and review our official organizational credentials. We can provide relevant documents to prove the company's legitimacy and employee relations.

Please assist us in manually restarting this verification process and resubmitting the Business verification document, or directly approve our organization information based on the files I provided, so that we can proceed with the signing of the WHQL driver.

Thank you for your support.
