I have been calling the support phone numbers that Microsoft provided online and on their website, and also being directed by the AI answers to log on the website they provided, and also tried Online support which all failed to resolve the issues that I was facing! it is extremely depressed and caused me serious mental health illness due to such unprofessional irresponsible so called Support! It would be better stated that Microsoft DO NOT provide any support to the product you bought other than torture customers and wasted customers' time! This is NOT acceptable!
Please all join me to SUE Microsoft such irresponsible actions towards their customer!
so far, I cannot use the product I bought! also, when I tried to post this post, it FORCED me to tick "I would like to receive information via email related to my use of microsoft learn"! when the fact is, it stated" please agree to the privacy statement"! this is not only a cheating action but malicious!

They just write "support" articles and slap AI so they dont need to spend a fortune on support. Also if you try to sue them they just say its not their problem unless its a paid service or a subscription since its "as-is"
