Connection for this site is not secure despite I have launched azure portal successfully and when i click to open Azure Devops Oganization

This occured when I was giving my exam on Az 400.

I have launched the VM successfully.

Connected to azure portal using the given credentials.

When I clicked to open the resource on azure devops org, it gives me error saying "connection to this site is not secure".

I couldn't attend a single lab question and the result came which marks me as fail with 658 marks.

Trouble shooting was performed by proctor and technical support.

Restarted machine twice.

Closed down hpsys and one more process from the task manager.

Still azure portal launches inside vm but azure devops org doesn't.

I have opened a case waiting for a technical review. This is what I heard from Pearson but no email regarding the case.
