Hi
I am trying to remove an organisation, from my work MS Teams account, that I used to collaborate with as a guest. I no longer collaborate with them and do not have login details.
When I click on the link to leave, I get stuck in a login loop. my email address is no longer in that organisations register.
This is frustrating as I keep getting an error message in my MS Teams app saying that I have an issue, but the only way to resolve it seems to stuck behind the endless loop.
Please help.
Changing between multiple Microsoft Teams accounts within the app or browser
See if you can do this instead -
In browser incognito mode, please sign into https://portal.azure.com
Then click on Manage Entra ID
Then click on Manage tenants.
Do you see the organization listed? If so, check th box and click on "Leave".
