I understand how frustrating this must be, especially since you already changed the settings to Allow and waited a few days, but multiplayer still is not working.
To better understand what is blocking it, could you please confirm a few things?
- Are you playing Minecraft Java Edition or Minecraft for Windows/Bedrock Edition?
- Are you signing in with the same Microsoft account that owns or launches Minecraft?
- Is your account an adult account, or is it part of a family group as a child/teen account?
- What exact error message do you see when you try to join multiplayer?
In the meantime, you can try these steps:
- Fully close Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher.
- Sign out of the Microsoft account in the Minecraft Launcher, then sign back in with the correct account.
- Check whether multiplayer is blocked only in one world/server, or in all multiplayer options.
- Make sure Minecraft and the Minecraft Launcher are fully updated.
- Restart your PC and try launching Minecraft again.
- If your account is managed by a parent/family organizer, ask them to review the online safety/privacy permissions for your account.
