Wrong E -mail address for Microsoft 365

I bought an annual subscription to Microsoft Excel July 23, 2026. It went to an e-mail I don't use. How do you move it to my regular e-mail ?

    Microsoft 365 subscription cannot be moved from one Microsoft account/email address to another. It stays linked to the account used at purchase.

    Do you still have access to the Microsoft account/email where the subscription was added?
