Hello,
I bought Minecraft Premium, but I can't set the username "konar1337" because it says that "it may be offensive to others." I've been using this username for 8 years, and no one has ever felt offended by it. Is there anything that can be done about this?

You should be able to log in to either https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders or https://xbox.com/refund to try and request it there. Once done keep an eye on your email including the junk/spam folder for a reply. If it is denied then you can respond directly to that email and it will go straight to the team handling the request.

Thanks for the information. However, as the restrictions are put in place by the enforcement team there would be no way to bypass this. I understand that it's a normal word in Poland but the enforcement system takes into account the possibility that even though you're playing specifically on their servers it's still possible that you may see someone from a different country.

I understand the concern. However, I would like to point out that I am from Poland and I only play on Polish servers. In Polish, the word "konar" is a completely normal word and does not have the same meaning as it does in English. I have been using the nickname "konar1337" for over 8 years without any issues, and it is simply my long-standing gaming nickname.
Would it be possible to manually review this case or make an exception, considering the nickname is not intended to be offensive in any way?
Sorry to hear you're having trouble.
However, I'm afraid that there would be no way around the block. If you go to the Urban Dictionary online and type in the word Konar you'll see the reason why this would not be possible.
