WINDOWS 11 SLOW AFTER RESET

2.No, the lag thing started when I messed around in windows 10 and has been stuck still to this day

1. My cpu speed is at 3.80GHz or base speed is at 1.80GHz as you can see in the image
2. It says that I have Intel (R) UHD Graphics 620

The Device Manager screenshot explains everything. Under "Other devices", you can see a yellow warning triangle next to "Base System Device". This means Windows is missing your core motherboard Chipset drivers.
