Why can't I enable onedrive insider preview on Mac

Hi, I am unable to enable insider preview in onedrive settings. any idea why?

    Hi @Steven

    From your image, I see that you are using macOS 27. macOS 27 is still in beta phase and Mac beta releases aren't supported in this scenario.

    I also tested on macOS version 26.3.1 and I am still able to tick for OneDrive preview. You can also notice the UI is also different.

    So, if you want to get Insider Preview, you can consider revert back to macOS 26.

    From the screenshot, the "Get OneDrive Insider Preview updates before release" option is present but cannot be enabled on your Mac. It also appears that you're already using the latest standalone version of OneDrive.

    One possible cause is that you're signed in to OneDrive with a work or school account. In some organizations, administrators can restrict access to Insider or preview channels, which can prevent the Insider option from being enabled.

    Therefore, it would be helpful to confirm whether you're using a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account.
