Hello Microsoft Learn team,

I completed one of the eligible Applied Skills for the Microsoft AI Agent Skills Sweepstakes and I am trying to submit my entry.

On the sweepstakes page, the “Submit your entry” section says that after completing an applicable Applied Skill, I should submit the official entry form with my contact details and credential link. However, I cannot find any visible button or link to the official entry form on the page.

I also checked the related sections such as the FAQ and Official Rules, but I still cannot find where to submit the entry.

Could you please confirm where the official entry form is located or provide the correct link to submit my sweepstakes entry?
