Is there a timeline or roadmap on when AKS is going to support Intel TDX based confidential VMs? I was going through this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/aks/use-cvm and it seems like this is not supported yet. Could you please reconfirm as well if this is supported ?

    Hello **Ghosh, Arijit

**Please note that Intel TDX–based confidential virtual machines are currently not supported for AKS node pools. As per the official AKS confidential VM documentation, only AMD SEV-SNP–based confidential VMs are supported for AKS confidential node pools at this time.

Additionally, there is no publicly available information regarding a roadmap, estimated timeline, or expected availability for Intel TDX–based confidential VMs support in AKS.

I request you to please submit this form, so that our engineering Team will notice and will share the ETA, if it is going to enable in future.

Intel TDX–based confidential VMs are not supported for AKS node pools.

The AKS confidential VM documentation explicitly states that Intel TDX–based Confidential VMs are currently not supported on AKS. AKS confidential node pools today use AMD SEV-SNP–based confidential VMs only.

The provided context does not contain any roadmap, ETA, or timeline for when Intel TDX–based CVMs will be supported in AKS.
