Since the PC is newly formatted, I recommend downloading and installing the audio driver from your manufacturer's website:
Go to this link: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-ph/product/optiplex-5050-desktop/drivers
Select Check for Updates and follow the prompts to run automatic updates.
