My Outlook on Mac isn't showing my email content when I press reply - works on browser not on app.

Hi Microsoft Helpdesk, please advise if you already have fixes for this issue. I do not like to use New OUTLOOK. I prefer to use Legacy outlook.

There is currently an alternative solution to address this issue that you may try updating to version 16.110.1 on the Current Channel (Preview).

    If you would like to check which version of Outlook for Mac you are using, please open Outlook and select Outlook > About Outlook from the menu bar. This will display the full version and build number. If Outlook is currently running in Legacy Outlook mode, the version information shown there will still reflect the installed Outlook build

    To check for updates, you can open any Office application and go to Help > Check for Updates. On many Mac devices, updates can be installed directly by the user through Microsoft AutoUpdate or the Mac App Store. (Update Office for Mac automatically | Microsoft Support)

    However, since your Microsoft 365 subscription is provided by your organization, update management policies may be controlled by your IT department. In some environments, administrators restrict update channels or manage Office updates centrally. If you do not see update options or are unable to install updates, I recommend contacting your IT team to confirm whether updates are managed by your organization.

    I see that in Current Channel; version 16.110.1 has been rolled out. You can try to update all your Mac devices.

    Hi Hani, i am currently using new outlook but very painful. How do I check my legacy version? Do I revert back to legacy system and check updates? The Microsoft 365 is under my Company (Vistance Network/ RUCKUS network). Can I do update at my Macbook or need HQ IT to do the updates?
