Didnt receive Exam Registration email

Hi Team -

I have booked AZ-900 yesterday and set "******@gmail.com" as the email id. I didnt receive any email regarding the exam to my mailbox but the fee got deducted from my account. When I tried to cancel/re-book exam its showing like this:

How can I cancel this exam and get refunded?
