Unable to create an Azure DevOps project - clicking Continue button does not result in any action

Hello, I have signed up for Azure DevOps Labs, but I am unable to create an Azure DevOps project - clicking Continue button does not result in any action.

Inspecting network activity in my browser shows that there is no activity after clicking Continue button, like it's a dead button. I tried it on multiple devices and different browsers.

Has anyone else reported this issue?

Hi @Marina Morris ,

Double-check project-creation permissions (if the flow gets far enough to create)

To create a project in Azure DevOps Services, you must be in the Project Collection Administrators group or have the collection-level permission “Create new projects” = Allow. (Organization owners are automatically in Project Collection Administrators.)

If you still see no activity after clicking Continue, it can also be worth checking Azure DevOps Services Status for any ongoing incidents.

    Clearing cache/cookies would not help here, I did try on a different laptop, on my phone, in an incognito window.
