Missing Badge and Voucher - Microsoft AI Skills Fest June 2026

I am writing to request a manual review of my account tracking for rewards from the recent Microsoft AI Skills Fest (held June 8–12, 2026).

​I met all the official requirements during the active period:

  • ​I registered for the event and completed an unedited, pre-defined featured skilling playlist to 100% completion before the June 12 deadline.
  • ​I filled out and successfully submitted the required voucher claim form immediately upon completion.

​As of today, I have not received the email invitation to claim my digital badge via Credly (which was scheduled for delivery by June 19, 2026), nor have I received any correspondence from Pearson VUE regarding the free certification exam voucher.

​I have thoroughly checked my spam, junk, and promotions folders. I have attached a screenshot of my AI Skills Navigator dashboard showing 100% completion tied to my account profile as proof.

​Could you please open a secure private message channel so I can provide my registered email address, Microsoft Learn Profile URL, and username to help manually process my voucher and badge?
