Are you using this webcam?

Nevertheless, this webcam and the built-in microphone are not detected by Windows on your desktop PC.

Perhaps you can try to disconnect this webcam and connect to another USB port. Avoid using any unpowered USB hub. Connect this webcam directly to an USB 2.0 port on your PC. Make sure that the Privacy Protection Cover is open.

Check if the webcam is working in Windows Camera app.

You are on an old Lenovo desktop PC with Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19045). According to the DxDiag diagnostics file, there is no webcam or microphone connected to this PC.

It is obvious that Teams cannot connect to non-existing devices.

You can try to purchase an external USB webcam with microphone and connect it to your PC. There is still no guaranty that Teams will functioning well on this old Windows 10 installation, but you can try.
