Name Correction Request: Lock Profile Needs Last Name Changed to _

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

I am trying to update my legal name for my certification exam profile via settings, but the field is locked and redirected in Azure engage. My government-issued ID only contains a single name. I do not have a legal last name.

Last Name: _

Requested Profile Name:

First Name: x

Last Name: _ (Underscore)

Please update my last name to an underscore so it complies with Microsoft's single-name guidelines and matches my ID for the proctor.
