Copilot Image Generation Limit Not Resetting

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the daily image generation limit on my Copilot account. According to the free account terms, I am entitled to 15 image generations every 24 hours. However, despite waiting well beyond the reset window, my quota has not refreshed as expected.
