Hi there, We've been part of the startup program for several months and we think it's really great. Based on our usage we would think we could have advanced to the Milestone 3 for startup credits https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/startups/microsoft-for-startups/getting-started-mfs#milestone-3-25000. Just wondering if there is someway to see "progress" anywhere or get potentially feedback on why we aren't hitting the milestone yet, or potentially if these milestones were part of a recent change so it didn't start tracking us before recently.

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A,

Hello @Marcus Henriksbø I hope you are doing well,

What is actually happening is that progression through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub credit tiers (Milestones) is not purely automatic or strictly based on raw Azure consumption metrics. Progression to higher tiers, such as Milestone 3 ($25,000), requires explicit action on your part to demonstrate business growth, product maturity, and active engagement with the program. There is no automated "progress bar" because the evaluation incorporates qualitative business milestones rather than just automated usage tracking.

    Check please the following things:

    1. Access the "Benefits" tab: Log in to the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub portal. Navigate to the Benefits tab. This is the central hub where you manage your credit tiers.

Submit an Upgrade Request: To unlock Milestone 3, you must formally submit an upgrade request through the portal. Look for the "Request more credits" or "Upgrade" button in the Azure benefits section.

Provide Business Evidence: During the request process, you will be required to provide evidence that you meet the criteria for Milestone 3. This typically includes demonstrating product momentum (like launching an MVP or securing initial customers), establishing an online presence (a functional website and company email), and detailing how the additional credits will directly support your technical roadmap and business growth.

Program Updates: The program's criteria and tier structures are periodically refined. Always review the latest documentation within the Founders Hub portal to ensure your application aligns with their current requirements.
