I downloaded gta 5 from ocean of games and after that my windows security app didnt work

I downloaded gta 5 on my pc (WIN 11 PRO) from ocean of games and after that my windows security app didnt work it goes black and it stays like this forever i watched lots of videos on internet none of them worked and my only way left is to reinstall windows 11 on my pc but i dont want to lose my things does anyone know how can i fix this problem???
