Hi! Let me help you.
Please make sure both are Wireless connection capable.
Please ensure that both the HP and Canon printers are turned on.
Verify that the printers are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your laptop. If you're unsure, print a Network Configuration Report or Wireless Network Report from each printer to confirm the Wi-Fi connection.
On your laptop, press Windows + I and go to Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Click Add device and wait up to 2 minutes while Windows searches for available printers.
If a printer appears, click Add device to install it.
If it doesn't appear, click Add manually > Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname. Enter the printer's IP address (found on the Network Configuration Report), then follow the prompts to complete the installation.
If the printer still isn't found, restart your printer, Wi-Fi router, and laptop, then try adding the printer again.
If needed, install the latest printer software for your HP and Canon printers from their respective support websites. The software can help Windows detect and configure the printers automatically.
