Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
Turned out to be a font corruption issue local to my Macbook installation. This may be closed :)
Emoji completely different when sending and reading emails on Outlook.com

Hi,
I just had a very unfortunately situation happen where I sent a grinning emoji, but after sending that same emoji shows up as a middle finger emoji.
After experimenting a bit with this, all emoji in Outlook.com's emoji picker do not render correctly.
This is the same email - on the left the message panel, on the right the reading panel. These two emoji are completely incorrect in the reading panel:

2026-06-23T08:28:38.5333333+00:00 I could only reproduce this issue in Google Chrome on my Macbook.
The emoji are interpreted correctly everywhere else: Apple Mail, Outlook.com in Safari and in Outlook App on my Android.
