If the passed exam is GH-300: GitHub Copilot and it was taken through Microsoft Learn/Pearson VUE:
- Wait up to 24–48 hours after the exam for the result and certification to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile.
- Go to the credentials page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab(or navigate via Microsoft Learn → Profile → Credentials). - In the Credentials tab, locate the GitHub Copilot certification.
- Open the certification, then use the browser’s Print function and choose Save as PDF to download it. Direct certificate file downloads are no longer provided; viewing/printing and saving as PDF is the supported method.
If the GitHub Copilot certification was earned before GitHub certifications moved to Microsoft Learn (management moved in August 2025), that older GitHub-issued certificate will not appear in Microsoft Learn and cannot be downloaded from there.
For general issues with missing certifications, use the guidance under the “missing certifications” support article linked from the study guide.
